We are looking for a customer service associate for our internet division.  Pay will range from $9 - $12 an hour based on experience.  The main duty will be to answer the internet phone and take orders, a friendly personality is a must!  Must be able to deal with different personalities and always ensure the customer is happy.

Accounting Auditor/Administrative Manager

The Accounting Auditor/Administrative Manager will be responsible for many tasks. The primary task is to manage accounts payable and to audit/review/reconcile all bank transactions. This person will be working with Quickbooks financial software and needs to have a comprehensive understanding of multi-entity accounting. Applicants must be comfortable with a large amount of number auditing.

The position available is part of the beachbikes.net core team. This person will work closely with management and communicate with all employees in the company. This position is a very important role at our company and requires high attention to detail.

Duties

- Maintain Quickbooks financial software book keeping

- File and pay bills

- Audit account transactions

- Run financial reports

- Maintain vendor accounts

- Manage credit-card activity

- Manage record keeping

- Assisting with various administrative tasks

o Tax preparation

o Insurance renewal

o Permit updates

o Employment Dept filings

o Charge-backs

o Human resource tasks

- In addition to directly managing the accounting operations, the Accounting Manager's key responsibilities will be to assist the Accounting Manager in his primary duties including establishing and maintaining financial accounting and reporting policies and procedures that comply with generally accepted accounting principles

- Establishing and maintaining strong internal controls

- Management reporting and analysis

- Tax compliance

Work closely with independent Accountants to ensure efficient and successful audits and monthly reviews
