How much Assembly is required?

We've shot assembly videos and written step by instructions to make assembling your new beach cruiser and accessories as easy as possible. The videos are listed first, if you scroll down to the bottom you will find photos with step by step written instructions. We are adding new assembly videos everyday, if you have a suggestion for an assembly video let us know.

What are You Looking to Assemble?

Everything you need to assemble your bike is here! Each video will walk you through all the necessary steps to get your bike assembled and ready to ride. Lets go over some of the tools that you might need to get started:

  • Scissors or Wire Snips
  • 8,10,13,and 15mm Crescent Wrench (Socket wrenches also applicable in some cases)
  • 5 and 6mm Allen Wrench
  • Phillips Head Screw Driver
  • Schrader Valve Bicycle Pump
  • Grease (recommended, but not required)
