Return Form

30 Day Return Policy

Products are eligible for return up to 30 days after receiving the item(s). The customer has 30 days after receiving the item to test ride his/her bike. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost for any return after this initial time period. Every return must include the Return Merchandise form.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Beachbikes will review the item for any damages. The customer will be refunded the original cost of the item and any applicable taxes. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Returns may be subject to additional fees, please see below for more information. You will be notified by email upon receipt of your return and updated with the status of your refund.

 

Parts & Accessories Returns Returns

Customers will be responsible for all costs associated with the return including packaging and shipping. Any unopened accessories will not be subject to a restocking fee. Any opened package will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Any part or accessory returned after 30 - 89 days from the date of receiving it will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. This is in addition to any stocking fees that may be charged for damage to the part/accessory or open packaging.

Any part or accessory returned after 90 - 179 days from the date of receiving it will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. This is in addition to any stocking fees that may be charged for damage to the part/accessory or open packaging.

Any part or accessory returned after 180 - 365 days from the date of receiving it will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. This is in addition to any stocking fees that may be charged for damage to the part/accessory or open packaging.

Exchanges

We process our exchanges as new orders. In order to make an exchange, follow the steps of returning an item. Once we receive the item and credit your account accordingly, simply place a new order online or by phone, for the item you wanted to exchange for.
